  • Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are required for all orders and deposits are non-refundable. Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Harvest Porch Co. offers various package options with customization add-ons. For packages that include setup, please ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to the setup location. If additional work is required beyond the agreed service, additional charges may apply.

4. Liability and Limitations

  • Service Access: Harvest Porch Co. is not liable for any delays or interruptions in service due to factors beyond our control, including weather, transportation issues, or unforeseen events.
  • Damages: While we take utmost care in setting up displays, Harvest Porch Co. is not responsible for any incidental damages to property that may occur during setup or removal.
  • Product Variations: The appearance of pumpkins, gourds, and other natural materials may vary in shape, size, and color due to natural growth. Photos provided on the website are examples and may not represent the exact look of each order.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Deposits and Pre-Orders
To secure your order, Harvest Porch Co. requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Pre-orders must be placed by July 1 to ensure timely availability and preparation of seasonal items. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy
The remaining balance of your order can be canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If you choose to cancel within this timeframe, only the deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: The 50% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
  • Cancellations 72 Hours in Advance: Any cancellation made 72 hours before the delivery date is eligible for a refund of the remaining balance only.

Order Adjustments
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate modifications, certain changes may not be possible due to inventory or timing constraints.
